You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to make your return. To be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, new and unworn and returned with its original labels.
To do so, simply go to your Alpinstore account and request a return (for exchange or refund).
You will then receive the return slip to be printed within 48 hours.
We will reimburse you within 72 hours after receipt of your return package.
